What to Bring With You Into Dance Class
Ladybug Dancers and Up:
Full water bottle
Dance bag
Smart Watches and Cell Phones in Dance Class
To minimize distractions and ensure that our students get the most out of their dance time, we will be asking all dancers to keep their phones and smartwatches in their dance bags for the duration of class. Bags will be placed in a designated area to keep personal belongings organized and secure.
Tuition
Tuition is billed to accounts via the DSP Parent Portal on or around the 20th of every month during the dance season.
Tuition is DUE on the 1st of the Month!
Payments can be made online via the DSP Parent Portal. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted and can be dropped off at the front desk during class hours. Returned checks/money orders are subject to a fee.
Delinquent Payments - Anyone who is two payments behind will be removed from the class. We recommend contacting us, as we are happy to work with you during difficult economic times.
Tuition Breakdown
At our studio, we believe in being open and transparent with our families when it comes to fees. Your tuition is not just an investment in your dancer’s training—it also helps keep the studio running safely, smoothly, and professionally.
Here’s a breakdown of what your tuition helps cover:
Payroll for our instructors, admin team, and cleaning staff
Employer-paid Social Security and Medicare taxes
Facility upkeep and maintenance
Studio supplies (e.g., toilet paper, cups, water, cleaning materials)
Utilities, including gas and electricity
Business and building insurance
Studio management software and licensing
Banking and credit card processing fees
Property taxes
Music for class use
Licensing for music use through ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC
Waste management services
Classroom and instructional materials
