Jean Kettell Studio of Dance - Recital 2025 - SAVE THE DATES!
For our Caterpillar, Butterfly, and Ladybug dancers performing at the Church venue, we ask that you reserve Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st for rehearsals and performances.
For the rest of our dancers (Dragonflies and above), we ask that you reserve Monday, June 9th - Saturday, June 14th, for rehearsals and performances.

Recital How-To Videos
All dancers are required to have a ballet bun with no bangs. Intermediates, Juniors, Seniors, and Company/Adults are required to have the side part low bun. All other female dancers should have the high ballet bun.

Jewelry Policy:
NO bracelets, rings, or necklaces. (This includes watches and hair ties)
If ears are pierced, there should be small gemstone studs. No hoops or dangles.
Makeup Tutorial Videos
NOTE: Make up helps illuminate the face under harsh stage lights! We require "Rockette" red lipstick for all dancers so their smile shines bright! Please see the following for other make up requirements:
Caterpillar, Butterfly, Ladybugs: REQUIRED - red lipstick, OPTIONAL - eye shadow, blush
Dragonflies, Bumblebee, Fireflies, Gems: REQUIRED - red lipstick, eyeshadow, blush
